COVID-19 update

Due to the interruption of COVID-19 and the delay of the potential shipping carrier, your package may not arrive on the original estimated date, please understand.

We provide international transportation services to 53 countries. Our parcels will be shipped to the local post office in your country by YunExpress, 4PX, and other cooperative logistics companies.

It will take 2-6 working days for your package to be sent. After the package is sent, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can click the tracking number to open the tracking information link, you can also open the logistics website below and paste the tracking number to view the latest logistics information: https://www.trackdog.com

For orders less than $40, an additional $5 shipping fee will be charged for each order. Free delivery service is available for orders more than $40. This is a reliable and reasonably priced service. Delivery countries/regions are as follows (weekdays do not include weekends or holidays).

Delivery address tips:

• All countries: the delivery address is not accepted as Amazon warehouse address
• Europe: the affiliated islands of European countries do not provide delivery services.
• United Kingdom: the United Kingdom and its affiliated islands are mailed, the British overseas territories are not mailable (such as the British Indian Ocean Territory, the British Virgin Islands, etc.).
• United States: U.S. delivery does not include remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, and overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military addresses.
• Japan: can not deliver FBA warehouse address, can not deliver APO/FPO military address, can not deliver Amazon address
• Poland: Only the following 4 cities can accept delivery: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow
• Middle East: P.O BOX address is acceptable, but please be sure to provide the phone or mobile number of the recipient, otherwise the delivery will not be possible.
• Russia: Areas starting with the postcode 295/296/297/298/299 are unserviced areas, and mail cannot be sent.
• South Africa: South Africa’s affiliated islands and PO BOX email addresses do not provide delivery services.

Special circumstances tips:

• Please note that once sent, the package may sometimes be delayed in transportation due to special circumstances (such as customs delays, weather, etc.), but this rarely happens.
• If your order seems to be delayed or the above-mentioned estimated time has not arrived, please contact us: [email protected]. In rare cases, if the package is lost, we will replace the package with you once there is sufficient time to eliminate the delay.
