2.1 Can I return items if I receive damaged items?

4. Product Questions

4.1 My case has discolored and is yellow. Is this normal?

While not normal, exposure to extreme humidity and temperatures can cause yellowing over time. This can also happen with wear and age. Most of our products with a 30-day warranty. 4.2 How can I clean my case?

We recommend using a damp cloth and no harsh chemicals. Mild soap and water should do the trick.

4.3 What does drop protection mean?

Great question! Our products have a certain anti-shock performance if they are written with shock-proof text, but they do not have it if they are not written. No casing manufacturer can guarantee that the device will not cause damage when dropped, so please still use your phone with care.
